The Centre of Excellence for International Cyber Security Law of India (CEICSLI) is the exclusive techno legal cyber security initiative of its kind in not only India but also the entire world. The genesis of this initiative of Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) is attributable to the fact that we have no globally acceptable international cyber law treaty or international cyber security treaty (pdf) as on date. This is despite the fact that cyber security is an international issue (pdf) by its very nature.

As a result, Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) felt that there is a need to provide techno legal research works in the fields like Conflict of Laws in Cyberspace, Civil Liberties Protection in Cyberspace, International legal Issues of Cyber Security, etc. Gradually and systematically we introduced websites/blogs for these respective fields one by one. We also recently launched the exclusive Techno Legal Centre of Excellence for Internet of Things (TLCOEIOT) in India so that issues like smart cities, smart grids, IoT, cloud computing, e-governance, SCADA systems, critical infrastructures, etc can also be suitably discussed by us.

The Exclusive Techno Legal Centre of Excellence for Cyber Crimes Investigation in India (TLCOECCII) and Centre Of Excellence For Cyber Security Research And Development In India (CECSRDI) are already supporting cyber crime investigation and cyber security research and development initiatives of Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) in India and worldwide.

Nevertheless, Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) felt the need to establish a dedicated Techno Legal Centre of Excellence for International Cyber Security Law of India (CEICSLI) so that international legal issues of cyber attacks, cyber security, cyber law and cyber crimes can be codified to maximum possible extent.  Hence, we started the first ever Centre of Excellence for International Cyber Security Law of India (CEICSLI) for the larger benefit of national and international cyber security stakeholders.

We would try to provide as much international cyber security legal issues at this platform as possible. Our aim is to make this platform a one place techno legal cyber security resource centre so that national and international cyber security stakeholders can refer the same for research and development and for formulation of legal frameworks within their respective jurisdictions. National and international governments, organisations, stakeholders, etc are welcome to collaborate with Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) in this regard for various purposes.
